Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of red beans
  • 100 grams of mung beans
  • 30 grams of hawthorn
  • 10 jujubes

Instructions:

  1. Soak the red beans and mung beans in cold water for an hour.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a pot and add 1000 ml of cold water.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the beans are tender.
  4. Eat one portion of the soup with the beans, hawthorn, and dates while it is still hot.
  5. Wrap the other portion of the soup in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator.

Meal Schedule:

  • Morning: Honey vinegar water and detox soup
  • Midday: No snacks
  • Afternoon: No snacks
  • Evening: Detox soup

Tips:

  • Drink a cup of honey vinegar water (1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 tablespoon of vinegar in 250 ml of warm water) first thing in the morning to cleanse the intestines and stomach.
  • Eat the detox soup with the beans, hawthorn, and dates while it is still hot for the best effect.
  • You can add some fruit or yogurt to your mid-day or afternoon meal, but avoid snacks and other foods that are not conducive to weight loss.
