Exercise to reduce double chin

As we age, our skin loses elasticity and the dreaded double chin appears. While there are also cases where young people have double chins, double chins are not flattering for anyone.

Here is a simple exercise that can help reduce double chin:

  1. Slowly lift your chin upward toward the ceiling.
  2. Try to extend your jaw forward until you feel the muscles near your chin feel slightly tight.
  3. Maintain the posture of the previous action, but slowly lower your head by about 7-8 centimeters. Then, slowly raise your head again. Repeat this 20 times.
  4. End the movement, slowly lower your chin down to a lower position than usual and relax.
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Do this exercise for 20 minutes every day. You should see results in about two weeks.

Tips:

  • When stretching, just feel a little tight. Overstretching can cause injury.
  • If you have any pain, stop the exercise and consult with a doctor or physical therapist.
