How to reduce facial fat with exercise?

Exercise 1:

  1. Blow a bubble with your mouth.
  2. Hold for 10 seconds.
  3. Relax your mouth and hold for 10 seconds.

Exercise 2:

  1. Slowly raise your head and look at the sky.
  2. Open your mouth and push your tongue upwards.
  3. Hold for 10 seconds.
  4. Lower your head, close your mouth, and retract your tongue.
  5. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 3:

  1. Open your mouth slightly.
  2. Move your lower jaw left and right.
  3. Repeat 30 times.

Do these exercises 2-3 times a day.
